FINALLY! I have completed a dress that I have been working on for way too long! lol!
This is my own design! I have been wanting to come out with a whole line for the summer...but I'm having a hard time finding the time! =)

This dress has a halter adjustable top...which I have heard is easier to get the right fit! And can also be worn as a top with leggings or pants!

1st Day of Teacher Appreciation Week

We just LOVE Hayden's Kindergarten teacher!! So we have a special week planned for her!! Here is today's gift! Going to be a fun week!

My Hat

I found this khaki hat in my closet...Oops still had the tag on it! I have no idea how that happened...lol! It looked stiff and boring so I made it look OLD!! I beat it up and added a much needs fluff...my pretty flower!! What do you think??

I can't wait to wear it!! I love when I have something different from everyone else...can't find this one at target! =)

Blessed

When I got out of the shower yesterday I had a very special meal waiting for me...Evan (my youngest) prepared it for me! I just love how sweet and thoughtful my kids are...

Thanks Evan it was soooo yummy! Olive oil and all....lol!!

I am really liking this dress!! I've got a big birthday coming up...maybe I should go somewhere fun, just so I could wear this dress?!?! Oh, wait I need to make it first...lol!! I've got the pattern....need to find the right fabric and gear myself up for the challenge! =)

Jack & Jill Foundation

Man, I was watching the today show and just watch them talk about this wonderful foundation. When a family member is diagnosed with stage 4 cancer at that point it is extremely hard on the entire family as they watch the family member's cancer take their life. The foundation gives the family a beautiful vacation, so they can enjoy each other and forget all the worries and capture some memories to last forever! They can actually "Live like you were dying!"

I love this show!!!!!!!!! I am so thankful that someone is coming out and showing everyone the truth!!!
WOW, my eyes are soooo wide open now and I have only seen 2 episodes!

So the question is how do we get our local schools to feed our kids good food that isn't processed? I was checking out his website and found that you can sign this petition to get involved in your own area. I wonder what it would take to get him to come to my kids school and then stop by to help me make dinner - hmmm.....That would be amazing!
